Each smart process (or SPA) is a new entity within CRM with new individual interface, set of features, fields, items, etc.

Sequence of SPA handling is as follows:

  1. Create new SPA crm.type.add.
  2. System creates new categories/pipelines by default independently from settings when creating an SPA. When required, it can be modified/added.
  3. Created pipeline/category has set of stages independently from existing config. When required, they can be modified/deleted.
  4. Create custom fields for the specific SPA.
  5. Handle the SPA items.
