Class Bitrix\Crm\Service\Operation\FieldAfterSaveResult is a descendant of Bitrix\Main\Result with additional methods:

public function setNewValue(string $fieldName, $value): self	Writes new $value of $fieldName.
public function hasNewValues(): bool	Returns $true when at least a new value is available.
public function getNewValues(): array	Returns array, where key is a field code, value -new value of this field.
