Mfa class implements multi-factor authentication.

Otp	Class, implementing multi-factor authentication. Contains the majority of MFA logic. Use methods of this specific class with a standard case of OTP use.
OtpAlgorithm	Abstract base class with all algorithms for implementing multi-factor authentication.
OtpEvents	Event handlers, necessary for multi-factor authentication.
RecoveryCodesTable	Class for handling table of recovery codes.
TotpAlgorithm	Class for implementing time-based one-time passwords (Time-based One-time Password, TOTP).
