normalizeFilter

\Bitrix\Landing\Source\DataLoader::normalizeFilter(
   $filter
)

Service method for handling user filter. Clears a block filter. Deletes all records that doesn't match the format. When using its own filter format (see Block filter) the method must be new.

Returns filtered array (can be empty).

non-array
missing or empty keys, name
