Methods to work with events.

Function	Description
events	Retrieves a list of authorized events.
event.bind	Installs a new event handler.
event.get	Retrieves a list of installed event handlers.
event.unbind	Uninstalls a previously installed event handler.
event.offline.get	Returns offline events that are first in the queue.
event.offline.error	Saves records in the database with the error mark when using offline events.
event.offline.clear	Cleans records in the offline events queue.
event.offline.list	Reads the current queue without modifying its status.
