Method returns values for iblock additional fields. Static method.
Parameters
| Parameter | Description | Available from version |

| ID | Iblock ID. | |
| type | Iblock type ID. Parameter is only used when such iblock with specified ID is not found or as 0 is specified. In this case, values for additional fields are sourced. When ID is specified and such iblock is available, the parameter type is ignored. |
Returned value
Array with values for iblock additional fields.
