This method adds task to Favourites.

Parameter	Description
auth	Authorization token.
TASK_ID	Task ID.
PARAMS	Parameter contains AFFECT_CHILDREN key. It indicates, whether to add subtasks of this task to favorites.

Attention! Compliance to parameter sequence in the query is mandatory. If sequence is not observed, the query will be executed with errors.
