Access permissions can be assigned only to account administrators and only for commercial subscriptions (for Bitrix24 Cloud editions). Presently, access permissions can be specified only for sites, and are applied to all subpages. For example, access permission to "Modify settings", specified for a site, applies to settings page of this site and to all its subpage settings pages.

Attention: when an account subscription plan is transferred from commercial to free, its access permissions feature is automatically disabled and all restricted entities become available for all users.
