Partner Blocks

Description of partner blocks repository and methods used to work with it.

Partner repository blocks works on the same principles, as the standard blocks. Partner repository allows adding your own blocks to a local catalogue (accessible only on the current account) practically without limitations.

landing.repo.getList	Gets list of blocks for the current app.
landing.repo.register	Adds block into repository.
landing.repo.unregister	Deletes block.
landing.repo.checkContent	Checks content for bad substrings.
