This method saves the received user agreement consent.

Parameter	Description	available from version
agreement_id	Agreement ID.
ip	User IP address.
url	Page URL to which the consent is received.
origin_id	Source ID, for example, for my_contact_form.
originator_id	Unique ID for the source. For an e-mail as an example.
