The method updates record parameters. Static method.

Parameter	Description	Available from version
id	Record ID.
arFields	Array of modified record parameters with keys: USER_ID- User ID, OPERATION_ID - operation, RELATION_TYPE - type of association between users.

Returns record ID when saving is successful. Otherwise, returns false in case of an error.
