The method GetList returns a list of validators for the specified field as a CDBResult object.

Parameter	Description
FIELD_ID	The question ID.
arFilter	Filtering array. The following keys are possible: ACTIVE - the validator active state flag; NAME - the validator identifier.
by	Reference to the variable containing the name of a field by which the list is to be sorted. The following values are possible: VALIDATOR_SID - the validator ID; C_SORT - sorting index.
оrder	Reference to the variable containing the sorting order. The following values are possible: asc - ascending; desc - descending.
