Web Form module access permissions

In this section

  • Module access permissions
  • Web form access permissions
  • Result (status) access permissions
  • Module access permissions

    Web form access permissions are assigned to user groups. Permissions restrict access to the administrative section of the module. The following permissions are provided (in the access level ascending order):

    • [D] access denied - any access to the administrative section of the module is closed;
    • [R] read access - access is granted;
    • [W] full access - full access to the administrative section of the module and all web forms.
    Each user can have only one of the above listed access permissions. This access permission is considered as the maximum access level for that user.

    Web form access permissions

    Access permissions for each web form allow to limit the access of users to specific web forms and its results. There are several types of access permissions available (in the access level ascending order):

    • 1 - access denied (access to web form and its results is fully restricted);
    • 10 - web form fill (visitor can only fill in and save the web form);
    • 15 - edit own result (visitor gets an option to see the list of his/her results, which can be filtered and sorted. The visitor can view, change and delete own result);
    • 20 - view all results (visitor can view all active results);
    • 25 - editing of all results and viewing web form settings (visitor can view and edit all results depending on their status; if he can access the administrative section, he can view the form settings);
    • 30 - full access (includes all the above listed access permissions, plus the access permission to edit web form settings).
    Each user can have only one of the above listed access permissions. This access permission is considered as the maximum access level for that user.

    Access permissions for result (status)

    Access permissions for the result are determined by the status of a specific result. Accordingly, permissions are specified in the status settings. The following permissions apply:

    • VIEW - to view results in this status;
    • MOVE - to move results into this status;
    • EDIT - to edit results this status;
    • DELETE - to delete results in this status.
    A single user can have one or more access permissions, listed above.
