The event is called before adding Activity Stream comments.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
ID	Added comment ID.
arFields	Added comment array of fields.

All parameters of this handler are links to original source variables. When you change a parameter within the handler, it changes the source variable received on fetch of handler function.
