Date and Calendar format handling

Date (core_date.js) extension is used to configure date and calendar handling

Function	Description
BX.date.format	Transfer to JavaScript function FormatDate.
BX.date.convertBitrixFormat	Coverts the description format DD.MM.YYYY type string into the format of the date PHP-function, accepted by the BX.date.format function.
BX.calendar	Shows calendar with the specified parameters
