CSmile::getBySetId(
 $type = self::TYPE_ALL,
 $setId = CSmileSet::SET_ID_BY_CONFIG,
 $lang = LANGUAGE_ID
);

The method gets smiley and icons data by the set ID. Static method.

Parameter	Description
type	Constant type
setId	Set ID (default CSmileSet::SET_ID_ALL - all sets)
lang	Language ID to get localization, LANGUAGE_ID by default.
