The method displays smiley and icons data by the gallery ID. Static method.

Parameter	Description
type	Constant type
galleryId	Gallery ID (default CSmileGallery::GALLERY_DEFAULT - all sets)
lang	Language ID to get localization, LANGUAGE_ID by default.
