StatusBase base class for statuses.

Method	Description	Available from version
canUserDoOperations	Checks, if individual user can perform specific operations.
getAllowedUserStatuses	Returns statuses available for user to update his/her current status.
getAllStatuses	Returns list of all statuses.
getAllStatusesNames	Returns list of name for all status depending on the descendant class.
getStatusesUserCanDoOperations	Method returns list of operations that user can perform.
