The event is called when issuing new invoice from recurring invoice.

Parameter	Description
FIELDS	Array contains the following fields: ID - entry ID in the recurring invoice settings table; RECURRING_INVOICE_ID - recurring invoice template ID; INVOICE_ID - ID of the new invoice created based on recurring invoice.
