Method deletes a workflow template.

Note:This method receives an array of configuration parameters and generates scripts, required to show file dialog. Static method.

Method parameters

Parameter	Description
id	Workflow template code
documentType	Document type code as an array(module, document_class, document_type_code_in_module)
arErrors	array of errors that occurred during execution, as follows array( array( "code" => code_error, "message" => message, "file" => path_to_file ), ... )
