onCallInit
The event is called when initializing a call (on receiving or starting an outbound call).
Event receives array with data:
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| CALL_ID | Call ID. |
| CALL_TYPE | Call type (see call types description). |
| ACCOUNT_SEARCH_ID | Line ID - numerical for rented, regXXX - for cloud PBX, sipXXX - for office PBX. |
| PHONE_NUMBER | Number called by the operator (when call type: 1 - Outbound) or number to which caller placed the call (when call type: 2 - Inbound). |
| CALLER_ID | Line ID (when call type: 1 - Outbound) or phone number, used to call the portal (when call type: 2 - Inbound). |
