THe event is called when ending a conversation (with record into history).
The event receives array with data:

| CALL_ID | Call ID. |
| CALL_TYPE | Call type (see call types description). |
| PHONE_NUMBER | Number used to make a call by the operator (when call type: 2 - Inbound) or number, to which the called placed a call (when call type: 1 - Outbound). |
| PORTAL_NUMBER | Number that receives a call (when call type: 2 - Inbound)) or number used to make a call (when call type: 1 - Outbound). |
| PORTAL_USER_ID | Responding operator ID (when call type: 2 - Inbound) or the calling operator ID (when call type: 1 - Outbound)). |
| CALL_DURATION | Call duration. |
| CALL_START_DATE | Object Bitrix\Main\Type\DateTime. |
| COST | Call price. |
| COST_CURRENCY | Call currency (USD, EUR). |
| CALL_FAILED_CODE | Call ID (see. call types description). |
| CALL_FAILED_REASON | Call code text description (Latin). |
