CSocNetUserRelations

CSocNetUserRelations class is used to handle bindings between users.

Delete	Deletes a binding.
GetByID	Returns binding parameters.
Update	Modifies record parameters.
Add	Creates new binding.
GetList	Returns list of bindings.
GetByUserID	Returns binding parameters by user IDs.
GetRelatedUsers	Returns all users minded with selected user.
GetRelation	Returns binding between users.
IsFriends	Checks, if indicated user are friends.
IsFriends2	Checks, if indicated users are friends of other friends.
SendRequestToBeFriend	Sends request to user asking to add to friends.
ConfirmRequestToBeFriend	Accepts user request to add to friends.
RejectRequestToBeFriend	Rejects user request to add to friends.
DeleteRelation	Deletes binding between users.
BanUser	Includes user to blacklist.

SpeedFileExists	Checks if new friends requests exist.
GetListBirthday	Returns lit of friends, sorted by birthday.
