CSocNetUserPerms

CSocNetUserPerms class is used to handle access permissions for user profile.

Delete	Deletes a record.
GetByID	Returns record parameters.
Update	Updates record parameters.
Add	Creates new record.
GetList	Returns list of records.
GetOperationPerms	Returns the required access permissions for completing the specified operation with a target user profile.
CanPerformOperation	Checks if a user can perform specified operation with a target user profile.
InitUserPerms	Initializes an array of user access permissions to perform operations with a target user profile.
SetPerm	Modifies access permission for an operation, if available. Otherwise, adds a new record.
