The method GetByValue retrieves parameters of the specified order property variant by the specified order property ID and a value.

Parameter	Description
PropID	The order property ID.
Value	Property value.

Returns an associated array with the following keys.

Key	Description
ID	The ID of the order property variant.
ORDER_PROPS_ID	The order property ID.
NAME	Variant name.
VALUE	Variant value.
SORT	Variant sort weight.
DESCRIPTION	Variant description as it is displayed to a visitor.
