Generates links, displayed in the report based on templates, created by the appendHrefSelectElements method as well as the data of specific values. Static method.

Function parameters

Parameter	Description
$elem	Structure of data, describing the report column. It is generated in the report view component, which `href` key contains information for generating the link.
$dataRow	Record of database retrieval result.
$entity	Object of the report basic entity.

Returned value

Returns link for the report field value, corresponding to the $elem parameter.
