CEventMessage Class
CEventMessage class is used to handle mail templates.
Fields

| EMAIL_FROM | Varchar(255) | Sender. |
| EMAIL_TO | Varchar(255) | Recipient. |
| SUBJECT | Varchar(255) | Topic. |
| MESSAGE | Text | Message body. |
| BODY_TYPE | Char(4) | Message type (text|html) |
| BCC | Varchar(255) | Blind copy. |
