CEvent Class

CEvent class is used to handle mail events.

Method	Description	Available from version
CheckEvents	Checks and sends the unsent mail events.
Send	Adds an event to the mail subsystem (registers event for dispatch).
SendImmediate	Sends mail events as a priority outside the queue.
