CAdminNotify

CAdminNotify class is used to handle system notifications.

User with administrator access permissions will see a notification sticker under the tools menu of both administrative and public interface panels. There are two types of notifications: first type can be closed by the admin, second type elapses only after an action is executed (for example, after full conversion). Concurrent notifications appear one under the other.
