Functions for use in the public section

These functions perform various checks of permissions and correctness of parameters; you can just call the desired function to fulfil the required operation.

Function	Description
ForumCurrUserPermissions	Returns the code of the current user permission to access the specified forum.
ForumSubscribeNewMessages	Subscribes the current visitor to new messages of the specified forum topic (if specified), or to all messages of the entire forum.
ForumAddMessage	Adds or modifies a forum post (and/or topic).
ForumModerateMessage	Publishes or hides the specified message.
