SitemapFile class for handling sitemap files.

addEntry	Adds new entry as an array to the current sitemap file.
addFileEntry	Adds new file to the current sitemap.
addFooter	Adds footer to the current sitemap file.
addHeader	Adds header to the current sitemap file.
addIBlockEntry	Adds new iblock entry to the current sitemap.
appendEntry	Adds new entry to the current or existing sitemap file.
appendIBlockEntry	Adds new iblock entry to the existing completed sitemap.
getNameList	Returns list of file section.
getPathDirectory	Adds directory with stored sitemap files.
getSiteRoot	Returns sitemap root site.
getUrl	Returns sitemap file URL.
isCurrentPartNotEmpty	Returns contents for current sitemap section if it contains any parts in addition to the header.
isNotEmpty	Returns true, when current sitemap file section already contains any data in addition to the header.
parse	Analyses sitemap file.
removeEntry	Searches and deletes an entry from the current completed sitemap file.
split	Creates next sitemap file section. Returns name for the new file section.
