Creates an object of this type. Non-static method.

Parameter	Description	Version
$logLevel	Level of refinement for log entries. Available values: `const LOG_LEVEL_DISABLE = 0;` - log is not maintained; `const LOG_LEVEL_ERROR = 10;` - only errors are logged; `const LOG_LEVEL_INFO = 20;` - minimum number of log entries; `const LOG_LEVEL_DEBUG = 30;` - maximum data is logged.
