Formatter

Formatter class generates descriptions as shopping cart discounts (I.e. shopping cart rules), as well as their results.

clearErrors	Resets errors.
formatList	Generates description for format action list.
formatRow	Generates description for a single action to be displayed.
getErrors	Method returns list of errors occurred when generating description.
prepareRow	Checks if description matches the format (availability of all fields, necessary for description, deleting redundant fields).
