\Bitrix\Main\IO\File - file /main/lib/io/file.php,
\Bitrix\IBlock\Type - file /iblock/lib/type.php,
\Bitrix\IBlock\Section\Type - file /iblock/lib/section/type.php,
\QSoft\Catalog\Tools\File - file /qsoft.catalog/lib/tools/file.php.
