Non-static method gets a specific header. When don't exist, error/exception is not thrown. Returns empty value.

Parameter	Description	Version
$header	Retrieved header name. Can be HTTP-like, for example `"User-Agent"` or `"X-Device-User-Agent"`. Or PHP-like with all capital letters and underscores instead hyphens.
