File transformer (converter) service:
- converts document and video files for browsing and viewing on Drive, Feed posts and comments, as well as Tasks comments
- generates template-based documents in CRM
For the service to work, your Bitrix24 instance must have the following modules installed:
- File Converter (transformer) module version 20.100.0 and higher
- File Conversion Server (transformercontroller) module version 20.100.0 and higher
Additional setup after module installation is not required. The designed role will configure the required options for your website after activation.
Attention. File Conversion Server module (transformercontroller) is available only in the Bitrix24 Self-hosted Enterprise edition.
