imopenlines.operator.transfer

The method is used to transfer dialog by current agent to another agent/line.

	Description	Available from version
CHAT_ID	Chat ID that is finished by the current agent.
TRANSFER_ID	Entity ID to which the dialog is transferred to. When a dialog must be transferred to an agent, the agent ID is passed instead. When a line must be specified - pass the code `"queue#line ID#"`
