CTaskElapsedItem Class

CTaskElapsedItem class to work with tracked time that is spent for tasks. Shall be used instead of deprecated CTaskElapsedTime.

add	Adds elapsed time to the task.
delete	Deletes record of the elapsed time.
isActionAllowed	Verifies whether the action is permitted.
update	Updates elapsed time parameters for the record.
