The method is used for rejecting invitation requests to join a workgroup. Non-static method.

Parameter	Description	Available from version
userID	User ID who performed action.
groupID	Workgroup ID.
arRelationID	Array of binding IDs between workgroup and users.

Returns true on success and false otherwise.
