The method is used to accept requests to joing a workgroup. Static method.

Parameter	Description	Available from version
userID	User ID, who performs the method action.
groupID	Workgroup ID.
arRelationID	Array of binding IDs between workgroup and users.
bAutoSubscribe	Autosubscription flag for user events. Optional parameter. True by default.

Returns true on success and false otherwise.
