groupID	Workgroup ID.
arRelationID	Array with IDS for bindings between workgroup and users.
currentUserIsAdmin	Flag for marking user as administrator.	Deprecated from version 22.100.0 Access permissions are no longer verified inside the method, and now verified only via external methods

True on success and false otherwise.
