The method adds new smiley. Non-static method.

| arFields | Array of smiley parameters. Can contain the following keys: SORT - sorting index, SMILE_TYPE - smiley type, TYPING - spelling, IMAGE - image, IMAGE_WIDTH - image width, IMAGE_HEIGHT - image height, DESCRIPTION - description. Additionally, the array can contain the key LANG with language-dependent smiley parameters. This key contains multiple arrays with these keys: LID - language and NAME - smiley name. |
Returned value
Returns updated record ID on success and false otherwise.
