The method returns smiley parameters. Non-static method.

Returned value

Array of smiley parameters, containing the following keys:
ID - smiley ID,
SORT - sorting index,
SMILE_TYPE - smiley type,
TYPING - spelling,
IMAGE - image,
IMAGE_WIDTH - image width,
IMAGE_HEIGHT - image height,
NAME - smiley name,
DESCRIPTION - smiley description.
