The method GetListForm returns a list of validators for fields of the specified form as a CDBResult object.

Parameter	Description
FORM_ID	The webform ID.
arFilter	Filtering array. The following keys are possible: FIELD_ID - the question ID; ACTIVE - the validator active state flag; NAME - the validator identifier.
by	Reference to a variable containing the name of a field by which the list is to be sorted. The following values are possible: VALIDATOR_SID - the validator ID; C_SORT - sorting index.
оrder	Reference to a variable containing the sorting order. The following values are possible: asc - ascending; desc - descending.
