The method returns error code of web form initialization. Non-static method.

No parameters.

The method returns one of the following strings, or an empty string, if there are no errors

String	Descrption
FORM_NOT_FOUND	Web forms with passed WEB_FORM_ID does not exist
FORM_ACCESS_DENIED	Insufficient permissions to access the web form

Check for errors and printing of corresponding language message is performed automatically when the web form is initialized
