Introduction

Spotlight — interface element with a shape of pulsating circle. When mouse pointer hovers over the circle, dialog window with a hint is displayed.

Scope of application — show new products for new or existing users.

Spotlight can be displayed in 2 ways:

1. Connect spotlight JS extension and use JavaScript API.
2. Connect the component bitrix:spotlight on a page with required settings.

Additionally, you can use PHP API to find out about available hint for specific user.
