Helper helper class for handling SEO property templates.

Method	Description	Available from version
convertArrayToModifiers	Returns `TEMPLATE` jointly with encoded and connected modifiers.
convertModifiersToArray	Returns `$template` with additional description. The `TEMPLATE` field returns without modifiers and each modifier returns in a separate field.
makeFileName	Returns file name, formatted using a template.
splitModifiers	Returns array with IDs, if found.
splitTemplate	Returns array with two elements: first - with a template, second - with additional modifiers.
