HighloadBlockRightsTable
HighloadBlockRightsTable class for handling table with access permissions for highload blocks.
Access permissions at the query level are not available in the module due to its technical architecture. However, you can manually check access permissions for a specific highload block before handing it, via the method \Bitrix\HighloadBlock\HighloadBlockRightsTable::getOperationsName.
