  • configure ticket parameters (emergency level. ticket statuses, reply score etc.);
  • view and reply to the user techsupport tickets.

Administration interface includes:

  • desktop;
  • list of tickets;
  • graphs;
  • dictionary tools and SLA (see earlier).
