You can generate VIP ticket coupons at the admin section page: Services > Helpdesk > VIP coupons for your customers.
VIP coupon is a tech support ticket with the answer time limited by one hour independently from time of day.
To add such coupon, click at New coupon button located at the context panel. It opens the adding form:
After you have created such VIP coupon ticket, you can indicate a
sequence of symbols
in its edit form, or in the general coupon list:
Customer must enter this sequence in a dedicated field when creating a ticket.
Important! Component settings must have the enabled option Show coupon field.
